What if the weather is poor, or it rains?

Weather is a tough part of our business that we just can't avoid. We have a no risk weather policy and if your event date has a horrible forecast with rain, high winds or both, we allow you the first choice of dates to reschedule, or if that is not possible you may cancel your booking without penalty. If the weather has a chance of rain, but not severe weather, we leave the choice up to you to proceed or not. Please be aware that we do not set up while it is currently raining. The pubs are also not rain proof as there is some small amount of leakage around the seams of the rook, etc. Should you have more concerns please feel free to give us a call at 780-406-6332, or email us at info@bounceroo.ca.
Can I have my pub set up on pavement?

We highly recommend setting up on grass as it is much easier on the pub itself and more importantly allows us to securely stake the pub into the ground.. We MAY be able to set up on pavement in some very limited situations, but this comes with an additional expense for the ballast needed to secure the pub. We can not set up on dirt, gravel or sand. When setting up indoors weather is not a factor and no staking or ballast is needed. Our limitations for indoors are usually access door width, stairs and ceiling heights. If you are planning an indoor event let us know and we can provide the space and doorway clearances needed to each pub.
Do I need power for my pub?

Yes. The blower that inflates the pub must run continuously to keep the pub inflated similar to a bouncy castle type inflatable. One standard electrical outlet will be needed and we recommend that this outlet be dedicated to just the pub and nothing else to prevent accidentally tripping the breaker losing power for the blower. Our delivery/setup staff can supply an extension cord if needed.
How many people does the pub hold?

That is a tough question as it depends on how tightly you wish to arrange seating and tables, etc. Rough guidelines are listed on each pub page. Give us a call if you have questions about interior dimensions and table layouts, etc. at 780-406-6332.
Do you have other items besides inflatable pubs?

Yes, I'm glad you asked! We have a page with add-on such as tables and chairs, as well as giant carnival games. Our parent company, Bounceroo Party Rentals offers a great variety of bouncy castles, obstacle courses, games, foam parties, mini golf, laser tag and much more. You may add any of these great items to your pub rental.
Do you deliver and set up our pub?

Yes, our delivery staff will take care of the delivery, setup and pick up of your inflatable pub. We do charge a small additional fee for this service at a flat rate within the city of Edmonton and slightly more based on your location if outside of the city. Due to insurance regulations we are not able to offer customer pick up, and the larger pubs weigh upwards of 400 plus pounds so it's best to leave the grunting to our staff, while you do the drinking. 😁
